Shipping policy

At NutraStore, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or successful payment, subject to product availability and operational conditions.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location, courier partner availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. NutraStore shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers will receive order and shipment updates on their registered email ID and/or mobile number.

Shipping Charges:

·         Free delivery is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

·         Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below ₹499 or on selected delivery methods/services.

·         Any shipping charges or convenience fees paid during order placement are non-refundable.

Fast Delivery / Priority Shipping:
Customers opting for Fast Delivery or Priority Shipping services may receive quicker dispatch preference; however, final delivery timelines remain dependent on courier partner operations and serviceability.

Partial COD Orders:
For orders placed using Partial COD (advance payment + remaining COD), the advance amount paid during checkout is strictly non-refundable if:

·         The order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

·         The customer refuses delivery

·         The shipment remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts

Customers are requested to ensure accurate shipping details and availability at the time of delivery to avoid order cancellations or returns.
